STEM Alliance - Scientix Webinar with EPCA: “Drones and Other New Technologies in the Petrochemical Industry”
Date & time: Wednesday, 30 September 2020 at 10:00 CEST (Central European Summer Time)
Jointly organised by the STEM Alliance, Scientix and EPCA, this webinar was held online on Wednesday, 30 September 2020 during class hours at 10:00 CEST (Central European Summer Time / Brussels Time).
Description:
Drones, 3D-Printings, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and robotics, to name just a few, are already a reality in most Petrochemical companies, demonstrating that the sector needs more than ever creative minds and fresh ideas to experiment new technological innovations.
This webinar gave the opportunity to students to speak directly with the people responsible for implementing these break-through technologies - such as Chief Technology Officers, Chief Information Officers and Technology Managers - and discover how these innovations are applied and used in the company's operational processes.
