Malta’s Minister of Education and the European Commission give Scientix strong recognition
Evarist Bartolo, Minister of Education and Employment in Malta, calls for a continuation of the Scientix project beyond its current funding period from the European Commission during a succesful Third Scientix Conference that took place in Brussels, Belgium, from 4 to 6 May 2018. Jean-David Malo, Director for Open Innovation and Open Science, at the Directorate for Research and Innovation of the European Commission, added that he is very impressed by the project's achievements to this day.

These are the winners of the STEM Ahead competition 2017
The STEM Alliance has selected 14 outstanding science teachers as winners of its STEM Ahead competition. The STEM Alliance received 120 submissions from teachers in three competition categories: Events, Videos and Learning Activities. The jurors of the competition were very impressed by the high quality of the submissions, and thanks all teachers who made the effort to participate in the competition to showcase collaboration between industry and education.
