STEM ALLIANCE OBSERVATORY

The STEM Alliance is currently producing research materials on key issues such as the shortage of STEM teachers and the innovative use of ICT in STEM education.

The findings are based on surveys and 'state of the art' analysis carried out by the Knowledge Centre/Observatory of STEM Trends in Education, with the additional consultation of both Ministries of Education and industry partners.

The main aim of these publications is to further a debate on key issues in STEM education and to support calls for action at both national and European levels.

The reports are based on a broad literature review that covers a number of aspects of recent relevance in the field of ICT in STEM education. Each report of the series focuses on a specific topic, context and set of challenges. Specifically: setting the scene, students, teachers and schools, policymakers and the private educational and technological sector.
