DeforestACTION is a global movement of youth and schools taking action to stop deforestation and create a permanent habitat for orangutans and other species that depend on forest ecosystems.
The initiative developed a number of resources that can be found on its website: videos, articles and projects descriptions.
DeforestACTION resources support learning activities about the forest destruction and how this process affects flora and fauna. Teachers can use the materials to encourage students to take actions and to learn how to tackle global deforestation. Teachers and students can connect with other schools from all over the world and discuss around these topics.
The language of the resources is English.
