Description
Teachers TryScience offers a collection of resources in the field of environmental science. Lesson plans are focused on a hands-on approach of effective teaching strategies, practical how-to's and other helpful supports.
Lesson 3: SySTEMS Thinking encourages students to think critically about presenting data. The lesson plan is based on a strategy that allows students to use data they have collected themselves to take action in their own contexts.
This lesson is based on Lesson 1: SySTEMS Thinking and Lesson 2: SySTEMS Thinking, therefore, it is recommended to complete those before starting Lesson 3.
Two Teachers TryScience Lessons can be found in the Practice Gallery.
This lesson was developed by the New York Hall of Science.
