Description

This website is a repository of lesson plans for bringing engineering principles into the classroom.

Each lesson plan contains a general description, which introduces the reader to what this lesson will be about, the objective of teaching this lesson, the expected outcomes, the lesson activities. There is also a more detailed, explanatory lesson plan attached to each general description. This can be downloaded as a PDF and a very handy step-by-step, comprehensive guide to the lesson plan. Where applicable, there are also student worksheets attached.

On the TryEngineering website there are 100+ lesson plans freely available to anyone. Teachers can sort them by category/topic or use a Search by Keyword option and easily see which age group the filtered lesson plans are applicable to.

Lessons are available in English only.
