Use teaching materials or other resources provided by a company to create a learning activity and you may win the STEM Ahead competition! Just follow these simple steps to participate in the competition.
Choose a resource(s) produced by a company, create a learning activity (a lesson plan, a worksheet, a project, etc.) adapting chosen resource to the needs of your class and use it in your classroom. You can select one of the resources available in the STEM Alliance repository or find a resource of your choice supported by a company active in STEM Education and STEM career promotion. A clear indication of the company that produced a resource should be provided.
Submit an entry by using this Resource competition form
In this form, a submitter should describe a learning activity and specify as detailed as possible, how this activity was integrated in classroom, how many students were involved and what are the objectives and outcomes of this activity. Extra points will be given to teachers using the resources from the STEM Alliance Practice Gallery.
